Now that you have completed your intake form, please schedule your consultation.

Once we receive your intake form and booking, you will receive an additional questionnaire to gather info for your resume and profile designs. We must receive your completed questionnaire 2 business days prior to your consultation. If we do not receive your complete questionnaire, your consultation will be rescheduled. You will receive your first draft the day before your consultation to review and prepare questions and missing information.

Please upload your reels* to Actors Access prior to your consultation. Please follow Reelarc’s naming guidelines when adding reels, and use your brand statement when loading files individually.

Appointments with Stage Door Designs will be held via Zoom. You will receive an invitation after your booking is approved.
Please note, we are located in NY so all appointment times are Eastern Time!

* AA charges an upload fee to add your reels to your profile. The fee is based on the length of the reel. Please review those fees within your AA account.
